The hotel showed signs of wear even though it’s relatively new. some furniture in the room was bent and the bathroom door had noticeable laminate separation. Water supply issues were a hassle, especially on the seventh floor where at times the hot water fluctuated dramatically, making showers uncomfortable. Cleanliness felt slightly off in the bathroom, with some spots that raised concerns about overall maintenance and hygiene.

The stay included a fantastic breakfast selection featuring seasonal dishes, and the staff consistently provided friendly and super helpful service. The security measures were impressive, as access to guest floors required a key, ensuring a sense of safety throughout the visit. The room, though spacious, had a shower that could use better water pressure for a more comfortable experience.

I spent three nights in a King Room at Hyatt Centric in San Salvador. The team here greeted me with smiles every time I walked through the lobby. My room was modern, comfortable, and had great air conditioning, which was a lifesaver. I really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was convenient for exploring the area. I easily found nearby restaurants and shops. The dining options were decent, with a good variety of food on the menu. However, a couple of things put a damper on my stay. The noise from parties by the pool on the weekends was incredibly disruptive. Guests rented out the pool area, making it impossible to enjoy the amenities during the day. On top of that, tables and chairs were cleared away for these events, making it feel unwelcoming. I also had an unpleasant experience with a staff member at the pool who was rude when I asked about drink service. This felt out of place given the generally friendly atmosphere. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel itself was pleasant and comfortable, which kept me there longer than I initially planned. The minor inconveniences were tough to ignore but did not completely overshadow my enjoyment of the stay.
